1. Temperature
The ideal temperature for Begonia is 18-22°C. When growing indoors, just pay attention to high temperatures and cold, damp weather. When room temperature exceeds 28°C, find ways to reduce it — you can place the plant in an air-conditioned room or provide appropriate shade. In cold winter, room temperature should ideally not drop below 10°C.
2. Humidity
Begonia prefers a humid environment. In dry weather, mist the leaves to increase environmental humidity. Pot moisture should be moderate — not too dry, nor waterlogged. In winter, water at sunny noon; otherwise, water that is too cold can freeze and kill the roots.
3. Fertilizing
For seedlings during the growth period, add liquid nitrogen fertilizer to promote rapid development. Depending on the plant's growth stage, apply appropriate amounts of potassium and phosphate fertilizer.
