  • Main: Sow Sep-Oct.

3. Care

  • Watering: 1-2 times/day. Stop watering 3-5 days after germination to harden roots.
  • Weeding: Lightly cultivate, hill up and weed 15-20 days after planting.
  • Fertilizing: Fertilize 3-4 times, avoid excessive inorganic nitrogen to prevent pests.

Harvesting

  • Timing: Can be harvested 35-40 days after planting, or when plants have 4-5 leaves.
  • Method: Can thin plants to eat gradually or harvest entire clumps. Thinned plants can be used as seeds for next season.

Processing & Packing

  • Action: Pull gently, shake off soil, trim yellow leaves.
  • Packing: Bundle into 1-2kg bunches, do not tie too tight.
  • Note: Dip in clean water before consumption, can trim partly roots. Avoid crushing plants to keep freshness.
